Be fearless.

Fearless people mostly go far than those who are afraid of someone else reaction, because fearless people do their things base on their own opinion regardless of what anybody might think or talk, they try what others are afraid of doing and luckily sometimes they get through and achieve what others are afraid of.
Being fearless will fetch you a lot.

How to be fearless

To be fearless you should first note fear sometimes might be healthy because is an emotion that's as  normal as breathing.
The major problem is that many people cling to their fear and will be unable to move forward in their lifes with essential changes.



This how to overcome fear  and be fearless;-

1• The first thing is for you to know you have fears in your life, fear is your normal state of being tho.
And is quite hard to overcome them all at once.
All you got to do is to note down every area of life that there is fear, getting them down in a note is the best, thinking them through never works.

2• Take a deep look at the fearless people.
Imagine a picture of how great you want your future self to be, then try to link up or connect with as many role models as you can, through books, social medias etc.
Use this as energy source to combat your fears.

3• Be observant, note what generate your fear,where you do fear and how you do react to the fear.

4• Be ready to look stupid, once you're ready to make emotional risk of making mistake.
Know that making mistakes will help you obtain information you use to create the correct behaviors, and that everyone who has ever done something great has failed more than once.

5• Try to have a gratitude mindset, instead of feeling fear feel grateful.



6• Embrace trouble/struggle.
Don't be afraid of struggle, don't run for challenge. Once you embrace the upcoming or present struggle, the fear will disintegrate slowly.

7• Read books that is related to your area of fear, read words filled with motivation and inspiration.


8• Study and watch people doing things fearlessly, that will trigger you and freak you out.
Create a clear picture of fearlessness in your heart.

9•  Think about your worst scenario that have been caused by fear, and note people still love you even after the fear might have cause you to make some silly mistake.

10• The last but not the least is look within yourself and ask yourself a silent question "What is the cause of my fear?" meditate on it and ask when the fear started; How far back does your fear go? Did you have an early failure that has stuck with you?  Explore it.  That’s what life is all about.

Overcoming fear requires a growth in your mindset; an attitude that we can grow and change if we choose. Nothing is “locked in” forever; we can change.  It takes time and practice.
